Hi
Our application was submitted on Monday 4th Feb, valuation was carried out on 7th Feb.
They've just asked for our landlords details and P60 copies, any idea on timescales and any hints on what other documents they might ask for?
I'm part time permanent employment and husbands 12 months in self employed on cis
Thanks

Timescales - It depends really... they're really, really slow for some people, and others have seen it turned around quite quick. Prepare for it to take ages, and if it happens sooner then it's a bonus.0

We've just got the keys to our house last week using Kensington . Quite impressed with them considering all the negative reviews I read online for them.
Kensington were very quick at their end , was our solicitor that slowed us down taking so long to get the searches and then not doing anything with them from 11th December until January0
