Greasypalm missing cashback... please help!

Hi
The search of the forums doesn't seem to be working, so I am sorry if this has been asked before...
Basically I would like to know how to move forward and where I stand legally on this issue if anyone can help?
After waiting the required month for my cashback from a transaction, I submitted a ticket to Greasypalm asking for it to be chased. I've had to do this before and always been credited eventually.
However, this time, I submitted my claim, patiently waited the reqired 90 (!) days, only to receive a reply telling me that they had been unsuccessful in recovering my cashback.
I reopened the ticket explaining that I had followed the conditions very carefully and asking for them to look at it again, only to be told that they hadn't been paid and therefore neither would I.
They even had the audacity to ask me not to reopen the ticket so that they could help other members!
Basically I am out of pocket and furious at their lack of concern.
I would like to take it further but have no idea what I can do.
They have since changed their wording on the retailer involved, which now would exclude me from the offer. Therefore I assume I am not the only one to have been caught out like this, which makes me even more annoyed.
Please help if you can in any way... any advice would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks,
Kee

I think you will have to vote with your feet on this one!!
In fact it will be interesting to see how many other MSE members are disgruntled wih greasypalm.
I have had many problems with them on quite a few occasions.
Firstly cashback never appearing...waiting 90 days, lots of rude emails etc.
Secondly incorrect cash amounts (always lower than those advertised).
Interesting the rules they sent me included one that said they never pass on more than 50% of the commission they receive to the customer!!
They shoud honour their advertised amounts even if they are getting less commission as a result!!
I only ever use them now if there is a good credit card application deal0
