Hey! So Tues our MA sent our latest company accounts to our lender (Kent Reliance) MA said to expect 4 days to have them looked at!
Weds we get call lender has approved the accounts and instructed valuation!
Valuation is booked in within a couple of hours
Thurs (yest) valuation was carried out and guy told estate agents there were no problems!
Now what!!?? How long does it generally take for the valuation report to be sent over to the lender and how long for the lender to look at it??
We still have to have senior underwriter check everything over before they can give Mortgage offer so not even sure they will!
I just wondered if anyone has any guesses as to when we could potenionally hear? They picked up the company accounts withing 24 hours!!
Thank you for reading!!

Whilst it depends on the lender, the average seems to be around two working days from valuation to offer.Know what you don't0

Thank you!
Who actually receives the mortgage offer?? Is it emailed to the mortgage advisor and our solicitor?? Or do we get it...?
MA is away until Tues!0 -
Again, it depends on the lender but it's commonly posted to you and the solicitor, with the MA advised. Nationwide for example directly texts applicants of their decision even when applied via a broker.
I'd expect you to be aware of the decision early next week.
Good luck!Know what you don't0 -
