    OP I hope you get what you deserve, you had the paperwork which you signed, what part of mis sold was that?


    You failed to either read the paper work or lied, which is it?

    The FSCS is not known for being a pro-active service. i.e. You have to raise the complaint with them.

    There are some scams that pretend to be the FSCS though. Can you name the mortgage advice firm that no longer exists. We can then check the defaults register to see if the firm is on there and what the FSCS is doing in respect of that firm. As the firm no longer exists, you will have no problems naming it as it will no longer be a legal entity.
