DAS scheme - proposal to evoke

I have recieved a letter of proposal to revoke.
This came as a suprise to me. I have since realised that i have made the last 2 months payments to the wrong account as an error. This was done FPS so not sure I can recover these monies.
I have been under a lot of stress recently with my job and family members being terminally ill but i cant believe i made this mistake. I am very annoyed at myself and stressed even more now.
What is the likelihood of it being revoked in the circumstances?
I have since set up a regular standing order to the correct account
