Would the OR call on a mobile?

Hi all,
Just completed application last week. It's gone through on the system. I've had a voicemail message from a mobile number saying they're ringing about a recent application and would like to discuss it. No mention of who's calling or what the application is for. Would the OR ever approach you in this way? I've messaged (by text) to ask them what it's regarding and had no reply.
TIA!

No, Insolvency Service is a Leeds number 0113, first contact will be just to make an appointment for your interview, you're not expected to be interviewed on the hop.
My OR left a message stating his name, from IS & that he'd email me an appointment (which was for the day after)
I'd say it's safe to ignore this call & just wait for Leeds to call, keep an eye on your emails in case you get an emailed interview date.
Good luck, nearly over now0 -
Not all are from Leeds, my OR phoned me from Birmingham on an 0208 number, and someone else from Croydon 0161 number. I know they work from home some times, but it's usually so could possibly be. However when I had my voicemail, they stayed their name, where they were calling from, and a number to call back. Hope this helps?0

Thanks everyone. Turns out it was OR. Very nice lady just saying I should call my bank so that they don't close my account and arrange an interview for next week.
Thanks for the comments xx0 -
