Company Accounts Mortgage Application help!

My husband and I found a house we wanted to buy for around £650,000, we had £200,000 deposit. We had our mortgage approved in principle and our offer accepted, when trying to do our mortgage application the underwriter wanted 2 years of company accounts for a company my husband is a shareholder and director of but the company is not 2 years old, it is only around 6 months, so we were unable to do this. We didn't want to be turned down for a mortgage so we pulled out and the house has now gone. We have now found another house which is considerably cheaper at £430,000 and we could put just over 50% down. Since then my husband still has his first business which pays his main wage and is involved in a start up which will have 0 months company accounts and he can get 6 months for the other company. Is there anyone out there who will be able to offer us a mortgage? We are not sure if we are just going to have to wait? Any help appreciated.
