So after 46 mins on hold to Pockit i gave up, came back to my desk and I've received another email from them saying the first was a duplicate email and i'm not actually effected by the duplicate payment. It has however reminded me i have some funds in the account only about £5 but i have emailed them asking for the return of my balance, awaiting their reply.
