Approaching 2 decades of getting the housing market wrong

Just bare with me some of you please that are defenders of housepricecrash.com.
They are now fast approaching two decades of predicting the property markets movements, in other words they all advocated a property crash. The same names day after day, month after month and year after year, and get it wrong over and over again. Yet they will again today be posting like they are the enlightened ones and the honest decent homeowners are "sheep, scum, naive, greedy, con artists" etc etc etc.
Anyone who brakes their property crash manta is banned from their heavily censored website as they flood Mumsnet, property 118, Landlord websites with their vitriol messages of hate, bitterness and anger.
Anyway, now we move on and should be looking to the future, my view is after a very small hiccup the property market will be full steam ahead by early next year, if true it will be just one more prediction of my dozens that I have got right. over the years. It is a prediction I politely posted on Housepricecrash, how my predictions of the past were spot on as they all listened to the doom mongers who live on that website and post misery on a daily basis
Guess what?
Post pulled and I was banned:rotfl:
How many more young peoples lives are they going to destroy, those young posters on there from all those years ago are now middle aged or in some cases old men clinging onto a hope and outcome they still dream of who and are now sharing with the new younger house hunting young generation their failed plan and hoping they will join them.
An alternate view should be allowed on that website, but no they want followers and not thinkers

In other news we are now on the verge of a No Deal Brexit and wider EU break up which would have been a dream outcome for many on HPC when you started posting on it all those years ago :rotfl: Just remember HPI lovers, none of this could have happened without stupidly high house prices so I hope you enjoy the show0 -

For 179th time crashy?
Or is it more?
I would just love to put my arm around you and give you an education on where you have and continue to go, but you will not listen you.
All the laughing emojis in the world and the sniggering at people that have been right time and time again, you are just stuck and will be for years, so sad.0 -

Home ownership is again on the increase. The squeeze on BTL and UK holiday homes is having an impact. A lot of people are finding themselves with burnt fingers having jumped on the overseas property bandwagon as well. Now wishing to return home to enjoy the comforts of the NHS.
Life is cyclical. As good as any wave is. The surf eventually peters out. Just a matter of time.
All the BOE and Treasury support schemes have ended. There's an unwinding ahead that make a decade.0
