Employer printed pay slip false

I have just left my current employment,
My employer has now said I owe them 900 for training, but I did not sign the contract with the agreement in it until after 90% of the training. Also they have taken my entire last paycheck which included ssp and just put damage on the pay slip which I do not believe correct represents the charges they are making . Also during the training I did over 150 hours which I was not paid a penny for.
Can I do anything pls pls help me .

You say you signed an agreement regarding paying for training costs. What exactly does that agreement say? The wording is going to determine if you are liable for those costs or not. Does it say that this applies retrospectively?

Forget about the unpaid time spent training. Unless it says in your contract that you should be paid for those hours, they will not owe you any money.

The fact the payslip says damage is probably just an oversight. The more important part is that they have deducted money. Write to them and ask for a breakdown of what deductions they have made and why. Then you can decide whether or not to dispute them.
  • Thankyou very much I will check the wording this evening
