Argos for business debt now with courts

Apologies if this is in the wrong place. I'm hoping for a bit of advice.
I few years back i opened a business. The equipment i had at home broke pre-launched so i obtained a ''argos for business" account. Unfortunatly a close family member became very ill at the time so i was unable to make the payment on the argos account as the business didnt have any funds as it had not been trading. I wrote to AFB to explain and they simply explained they dont offer payment plans.
Around 6 months ago i received a letter from a law firm saying they would take the my business to court. I explained that the business hasnt ever traded and had no assets so offered to pay £100 per month from my personal salary. In the interim of hearing back i have been part of "work cutbacks" and now im in receipt of universal credit.. ive now received a letter from the magistrate's court agreeing to the £100 per month but this is now totally unaffordable and the business has no plans to trade at this time due to finances.
Any idea what i can do?
Any help would be appreciated.
