Searching for a remortgage taking benefit income into account.

I am looking to remortgage to carry out some essential repairs and (if I can) do some upgrades. I’m currently on ESA and PIP with my partner in receipt of PIP and caters allowance. This gives us enough income to service the level of borrowing we want but because it’s sourced from benefits our existing building society won’t consider an advance. Are there any lenders who may consider lending based on benefit income? Credit rating took a pasting a few years ago when I had to give up work but I’ve been in control of thing over the last few years.
