A very simple answer to the social media issue. Never use social media at work, even if it is permitted, and never put anything related to your work or your employer on social media. It really is that simple.
You say you never make your use of social media obvious, but you are clearly wrong about that if you have been pulled up about your usage.
I'm old school, but for me work time is for work and time outside work is for social interaction.
I don't believe that you would get anywhere by trying to play the GDPR card. Employers have a right to know what their employees are doing in work time. Somebody being able to see your screen doesn't mean they know what you are typing but the screens of social media sites are pretty distinctive.

Thanks @TELLIT01 I will take your reply into consideration, but again this is only one small part of a much bigger issue. Avoiding some issues can be simpler than others but again sometimes you won't realise a situation is one until it has happened. This could be common whilst dealing with different personalities. I am not saying that I will get along with everyone (that is life) but I do feel the frequency of events is higher on me than it is on those around me.

It will be hard for people to advise you unless you are a little more specific what your problems are.

So far you seem to be saying people pick on me because I'm young and I can't seem to stay out of trouble.

As for social media, if you're on it in work time it won't go down well whatever interpretation you put on the usage policy. Put your phone away until your breaks or lunchtimes and make sure you look like you are giving your job your full attention.

Is this because you got incorrect information, or because people didn't agree with you?

Doing that is so disrespectful to people who have tried to give honest and reasoned replies. If you didn't want honesty you shouldn't have posted. The action may also give a bit of insight in the maturity, or otherwise, of the person posting the question.
