Problem with Swagbucks gift cards?

I've recently joined Swagbucks, and bult up enough points to redeem for a £5 M & S gift card.

I went through the process of validating the reward, and received an email confirming I had an e-giftcard on 1 February.

I;ve gone in to try and use the giftcard today. There is a button on the email which takes me onto Swagbucks, then I have to log on. When I do so, I have to click on a button, and the code to redeem the gift card should then be shown. However, when I do so, I just get an error 404 page, and no code.

I have contacted Swagbucks, and it looks as though resolving this could be a lengthy process. I wondered if anyone else has had similar issues? I'm just a bit miffed as I've spent quite a bit of time doing surveys on there, and now can't use the £5 reward as it won't show me the code. Is this a common occurrence?

I have had this with 2 M & S vouchers last week, after a bit of online research I got to it by copying & pasting the link on the 404 error page into a new window then removed the last digit on the long line which was / refreshed the page and it then showed the voucher code page.
