Thanks

If it’s a whole chorizo, or part of, it’ll keep for ages. If it’s sliced it should keep ok, but I’d pop it in the freezer to protect it from drying out too much. :j:D:beer::eek::A:p:rotfl::cool::):(:T0

Wrap it tightly in cling film and put it in the freezer. It should keep for several months there without worry.0

Yes, we freeze it all the while, just pop in a food bag. Defrost overnight as needed.0

If it's a whole one, slice before freezing so you can use as needed.I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.

It will keep for months in the fridge, it's the same as salami. As long as it's wrapped in something that's not going to cause condensation you can keep it for months. It won't dry out much either because it's already dried. Cover the end [ the rest should already have a cover on it whether it's plastic or stonach/intestine lining.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
