Are you in a position to make them some sort of offer?
You could remind them that they are out of time to enforce the debt but in order to bring this to a conclusion you can offer (say £500) in full & final settlement0 -
Hi Fatbelly, thanks for the reply again. As it stands I’m not in a position to make them an offer but hopefully will be able to in a few months (I’m hoping end of July early August).0
