Cleared debt - issue?

Hi, my application is almost done, the valuation is complete, all documents have been reviewed but one more has been requested by Nationwide. That is “Proof if funds to clear outstanding loan”.

This refers to some car Finance I had, however this was settled completely on 04/12/2018 so unsure why they believe it is still outstanding.

I have sent a letter from Lloyd’s (who the Finance was with) who confirmed the Finance has been paid off, a receipt to show the final payment along with the settlement figure print off.

Do you think this will be enough to show the underwriters that we no longer have the debt they believe we do? Unsure why they think it is still active when it has been almost 2 months since we cleared it.
