Dr Doolittle tickets

Hello
Just wanted some advice, 2 weeks ago I won a family ticket with Kids National Geographic to see Dr Doolittle in theatre. I have just looked up the show and noticed it has just recently been cancelled due to poor ticket sales.
Just wondered if I should enquire by email to national geographic what will happen regarding the prize or should I expect not to hear due to the circumstances.
Thanks!!
