Remember to list all of your debts for DMP's

Options
For anyone who is starting out on a debt management plan, don't do what i did  Amongst my neumerous debts i have an outstanding overdraft with LLoydsTsb for £535 pounds. They keep sending me demand letters for the full amount even though they have been sent info and payments by CCCS. I decided to phone them today as i was sick of the letters. Apparently the reason they keep demanding payment is because i have a loan with them which is currently being paid by an insurance claim which hasn't been included in the list of debts which is my own fault as i omited it due to the fact that it was being paid by insurance  So LloydsTsb need this information in writing from CCCS with the insurance claim number which will stop all the hassle as they are thinking that the small payment allocated to them is also to cover the loan payment  Why on earth they had to keep sending a demand for payment letter instead of writing to me and explaining the situation i will never know, I should imagine there are only 3 buttons to press on their keyboards and 3 choices of letters  But at least now i've managed to sort it the letters will stop :D
