Question HPC

Is Bruce Banner the most bitterest bedsit man in the UK in the last decade, probably far longer :)??
Does anyone know anybody that called the property crash so badly with maybe the exception of Bailystock who conceded defeat several years ago now. Surely it must be easier and better for you mental health just to buy a home rather than spew vitriol, hate and cynicism on a daily basis year after year

It is more comfortable for people to think they were right even if they are miserably (hence the phrase misery likes company).
It is uncomfortable for people to admit they might have made a mistake.

You are right of course, but talk about entrenched, this is beyond madness, the Japanese soldiers found decades later on little Islands have nothing on this maniac, he actually thinks the world is at fault, nobody can put him straight.

Maybe that ship has sailed and he can't?

I bought at pretty much the worse time after putting it off because of an impending crash, I regret not buying sooner but I don't regret buying.

That website is going into meltdown:rotfl:

400,000 people entered the UK last year alone with a fraction of new build homes. Please tell me how the property market can go anywhere but up?
