FCA List of approved IFA's for DB Transfers

Many months ago I am sure I found a section on the FCA website that listed all IFA's who have the DB transfer qualification. Does anyone know where that is and can share a link?

I can't see that such a link exists now. The FCA Register is searchable, but you have to search for a firm, and then having found the firm you can check the permissions that the firm holds.
If you want a list of all the firms with pension transfer permissions, you could pay for you own extract of the register, but expect to pay over £5,000 + VAT for this.
Your best option for finding an IFA is to ask for recommendations on MSE and other forums where pension transfers are discussed. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
