Mortgage and Airbnb

I own a rental house with a buy to let mortgage. I have a tenant living there but would like to let the other room via Airbnb. The tenant is happy with this. However, I've read that no mortgage provider allows Airbnb (either in a private home or a rental property). If the company finds out apparently they can demand immediate repayment of the mortgage. It's hard to believe that everyone using Airbnb owns their house outright. I just wanted some advice on what to do. Thanks.

There are a handful of lenders who can lend on Air BNB properties. I know of 3 off the top of my head.
