Mortgage help! Coming off a mortgage

Just wondering if I could have some help! I have been on a mortgage with my sister for a few years however me and my girlfriend are wanting to buy our own property but can’t as I’m on a mortgage. Because of financial reason my sister is unfortunately having to sell her property. I Was wondering if there was anyway for me to come off the mortgage whilst it is up for sale?! Or do I have to wait for the property to sell.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you

The mortgage will need to be redeemed. There's no short cuts.

be glad your sister is selling, some people will hold onto the house for a long time and live there

The only way would be for your sister to take on the mortgage in her sole name - but I'm guessing the "financial reason" causing her to sell would preclude that.
