I made chichen in a white wine sauce last sunday, with extra to go in the freezer.
Went to Venice and forgot to put in in the freezer:o
Back this morning and I have been pondering on it all day, it smells OK, but as I am a veggie I would have to use DH, DS or DD as guinea pigs!
Your thoughts gratefully appreciated, especially my my family of potential guinea pigs!!

Personally I would bin it, especially if I wasn't going to eat.....it would be my luck for the rest of the family to come down with a tummy bug, totally unrelated to the food and then I would feel guilty.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0
