.I applied with eon for the fit tariff on 29/12/18

I am getting a little worried, I have not heard anything not even had a confirmation letter/email to acknowledge receipt of my application.

I know it can take upto 8 weeks but has does anyone else have experience or gone through this process recently with EON?, when might I expect to get an acknowledgement?, or will I not hear anything until my application is processed?

I am now 7 weeks since i submitted my application. It didn't go anywhere until I submitted a complaint as Suggested by Malc the Eon fit rep on these forums.
I have now at least had a reply, although this was requesting 3 more items. They have changed items in there application forms since my original application and now needed some more info.
I have since sent this back and now back to waiting.
Hopefully it will continue ok now, its a shame as they seem to be good after you have an account, just difficult to get an account.

Hello snesbits and sorry for the late reply.

Sorry, too, for the delay putting your FIT application through. We're working through a large backlog at the moment and are suffering longer than expected delays. Hopefully not but, if our FIT team haven't been in touch after 8 weeks, please escalate this to the next level.

As mre15 has done, take this down the complaints route. A dedicated Complaints Manager within the FIT area will take ownership of the issue and see what's happening with your application. They'll let you know what to expect and what sort of time frame we're looking at. There's more information about how we look after complaints on our website.

    Thanks for your patience snesbits.

    Hi
How can they receive the fit payments when you have the gen meter readings.
