help needed FOR DEBITS

ok guys
I'm at my whit's end with these debits no matter who I speak to the advise is always different and im being asked in some cases to pay money [yes that's ok I.v.a but I haven't got the money] I went along to c.a.b adviser that's hit and miss never gets back to me [1 of millions I guess] I just really want the debits gone by what ever means
total debit is between 7.500 to 10,000
I really feel like trying to deal with these people myself and making my own offer of payments which would work out cheaper possibly
one of the debits is from a credit union which was £1.200 now thanks to 4 lots of bailiffs coming its now over 3,000 [the credit union is in administration] they have been in the house there's nothing to take.

any advise how to approach the people I owe money to please
thanks.
should point out I do work 26 hours aweek

    A few brief observations.
You now know exactly what your total debt is, which is good progress. You need to state the APR on each of the loans on your SOA.
Get rid of subscription TV, get rid of £50pm mobile (downgrade to SIM only from £5pm as soon as contract allows) No TV licence?.
Your car is valued at zero, but you are paying £720pa to insure it? If there is nothing to seize in the house, did the bailiffs not want to seize the car?
You need to prioritise your payments, so rent and council tax take top priority. Contact the others and agree a payment freeze or a token amount. Rent arrears will eventually lead to eviction proceedings, since you appear to be 4 months in arrears.
Can you increase your hours from 26, or take a second job?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Is your rent debt for your current home or somewhere you used to live?
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,
Had the whole of their cash in his care.

my car costs around 350.00 a year I have added break down cover to it
I was taken to court after my mom died for the rent which is why its 435.00 it includes court costs.
I work shifts at hospital 2 till 10 4 on 4 off hard to work another job in with shifts
phone is contract till end of august
I don't watch bcc hence no licence I don't have satlite t.v only Netflix
there is nothing to take trust me I refused to give them my car any way they wouldn't recover the costs of towing or storing it plus the credit union debt started off at about 1200 its court costs and bailiffs costs that's mounted up they wont seal with me direct [the credit union is in administration]
  • No assets, no savings, little surplus money and arrears in areas that could leave you homeless, total debt less than £18k. Perhaps it's worth talking to one of the debt charities about Debt Relief Orders? I'm not so familiar with the requirements and process, so could be wrong...

Thanks - duly noted. I suspect that OP's SOA is optimistic in a number of areas, and so the monthly surplus is probably at or close to zero.

so any advise as to were to go please not sure about i.v .a not sure were to go?
Probably easiest to phone either these guys: https://www.nationaldebtline.org/
    Or these ones: https://www.stepchange.org/
... and talk it through with one of their advisors by phone.
