Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I read that as Breeding chickens - no eggs. I thought that we going to have to have a little chat.

    tomato sauce? honey?
  • If you have any sweet chilli sauce & want it with a bit of a kick you could use that. When I do fried squid I just toss it in a bag with cornflour & salt & pepper it doesn't give a thick covering but just a light crispy bite. Don't know how well it would work with chicken.

  • Hi Lynz,
I regularly bread things without egg as dd is allergic to them. I use yogurt, buttermilk or sometimes I just dip the chicken in water and then crumbs. Something that you can try but wouldn't be an option for me is mayonnaise.

Edible 'glue' with flour and water - paste/rub it on very thinly and roll in breadcrumbs ;)
