Easy Desert

Serves 4
Slice four bananas and place in oven dish.
Mix together 4oz soft brown sugar and 2oz ginger biscuits(crushed) and sprinkle over the bananas.
Mix together 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice with 4 tablespoons dark rum and pour over bananas.
Microwave for 4 minutes.
Serve hot with fresh cream or ice cream.
Doesn't look great but the taste makes up for it!
One I haven't tried but is apparently delish is a mix of coconut milk and rum poured over sliced bananas and kept in the fridge overnight.....then serve...
I have used the first for years but knew that it came from an old recipe book and thought that it could not be posted here but have just read the 'cobbler' thread!!
