N245 Court form query

I have applied for financial assistance for an N245 application. However, I’m confused what I declare as income on the actual court form. On the financial assistance form it says I don’t need to include Carers Allowance, Childs DLA or disability elements from tax credits as income. Does this apply to the N245 form as well? As if not then the income would show differently on both forms?

Thanks in advance.

The N245 doesn't have explicit guidance so it makes sense to follow the EX160 guidance and use the same figures for both forms
