what is this 'real incentives' web site?

Hi all,Just been mooching on amazon & noticed some odd reviews. They are directing people here http://hdtv.real-incentives.com/ The invitation is to receive a TV or other expensive item for giving some info & signing up for other web sites. It looks nicely done but I think it'd be too risky to do.Does anyone know if they're genuine. It definitely seems too good to be true!

99% of people never get the item as they give up (the ones selling the info on ebay/amazon as desperately trying to get all their referrals )

Pyramid schemes, lottery based pyramid schemes, Ipod bidding schemes etc

The legality of these schemes is questionable, yet the ethics isn't. These schemes fly in the face of MoneySaving and whether illegal or not I don't want them on the site. Any scheme which offers a prize/reward/cash for you queuing up and referring other people is not permitted on this site and will be deleted. Repeated posters will have their posting priviledges removed.
