Finding your tax office

I am putting in for SITR/SEIS relief but don't know where to send the forms - all I can see online is that your tax office should be noted on your payslip, but mines isn't. How would I go about finding where it is? I am Glasgow-based.

Theres numbers listed for the Glasgow offices. I would call one and confirm0 -
ask your employer (payroll or HR) - they know who they are registered with....0
