Discharged from Sequestration but still on DCO questions

Hi I have a few questions on being discharged from sequestration but still on a Debtors Contribution Order I hope someone can help with.

Note the below questions specifically relate to being in a DCO for 3 years after discharge.

After discharge can you open a normal bank account?
Are you able to obtain assets ?
Can you buy shares?
Can you have a savings account/ISA?
My car is on finance which I've been able to keep. The finance is up before the three years is over for the DCO. Is there anything stopping me getting another car on finance (other than maybe being refused credit by the car company)?
If you own a car does the £3000 limit still apply?

Thanks
