Mortgage and interim charging order

I have a ccj which will drop off my file in September 2019.
The debtor put an interim charging order on my property and no final charging order has been filled as I've checked with the land registry.
My questions are that my debt has been sold from the original creditor, does this mean they now own the xxx and the charging order even though it states the original creditor on both?
Can I get this charging order removed on of its been sold on even though the debt has not been paid?
Can I remortgage with my partner with an interim charging order as the mortgage was only in my name before?
Thanks for your help

Hi, you may get more help with this on the debt forum - I'd like to help but its not something I've experienced. You will need dates, amounts etc before anyone can assist properly.
