Just wanted to know if there is any tax implications when transferring equity such as a house from sister to brother in the form of a gift. Thanks

CGT maybe if it has not been your main home throughout your ownership, future IHT maybe as it will be included in the IHT calculation for the next 7 yrs, or longer if you continue to occupy the property without paying rent.0

Potential SDLT if there is an outstanding mortgage on the property in the sister's name currently too.0
