Pension / Sipp - Which provider

Based upon me claiming the state pension later this year and having £100k within a Stakeholder pension which does not offer a Sipp or annuity please give me your opinion (not advice) as to the best way forward. I have a few stocks and share ISA funds within Interactive Investor however I have not always found their custormer services to have been that pro-active/good.
I want to invest my Stakeholder pension money into a Sipp and then drawdown because the state pension will not provide sufficitent money to meet my needs.
Would it be (in your opinion) better for me to open a Sipp with Interactive Investor or delay until Vanguard provide a Sipp sometime this year? Who do you think would be better for the purposes of opening a Sipp, Interactive Investor or Vanguard or do think that I should be looking at another provider such as Fidelity or H&L?

Thank you!

What investments are you looking to hold within the SIPP?

If you are going straight into drawdown, I’d choose the cheapest provider that has the investements you want.

This question looks familiar. The wording "within a Stakeholder pension which does not offer a Sipp or annuity" is the same as one asked the other day. This may be a duplicate thread under a new login.
or delay until Vanguard provide a Sipp sometime this year?
Why would you want to delay your financial affairs on a provider that is unlikely to be offering a SIPP (their software provider already has a SIPP coded but Vanguard dont want that) and there is no clue on when it will be ready, what it costs and what it will and wont do.

At the moment, you are asking the equivalent of what supermarket do you think you should shop at without telling us what it is that you want to buy. What investments are you after?
