Mod & army pension

hi to all,i was wondering if someone can clear up a little ?
i have a small mod pension of 2,399.95 pounds per year before tax
army is 1702.17 pounds per year before tax (taken from p60 2016)
i am on esa support group
i am supposed to be taxed

    The personal allowance for income tax !8/19 is £11,850.

    Your income appears to be below that, so I wouldn't think you have a tax liability.
    Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

    thanks for the reply here,my p60 for my civil service tax year to 5-4-18 is 2399.95 pounds then in tax deducted section it has 392.00 pounds
    my army p60 for the same date i cant find ,ionly have upto 2016 where in the same place it is 1702.17 then tax deducted box 74.60 pounds
    i have just assumed they were correct until i spoke to a person the other day.

    hi ,ifound hmrc letter tax code for 6-4-17 to 5-4-18
    says
    pa=11,500
    total=11.500
    less esa=9289
    tax free amount =2220
    then below it has
    your total tax free amount is used as afollows
    mod army pension 1788 of this income is tax free
    civil service pension 432 of this is income tax free
    dwp(esa =0 of this income is tax free
    this totals your tax free amount 2220
    as said on the letter
