Expedite / Fast Track Conveyencing?

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with getting their conveyancing processed expedited/ fast tracked? My conveyancers (RMNJ) offer this service and they're upfront stating they'll try and complete it within 28 days but it also depends on the sellers conveyancers too. So just wanted to know if anyone has done this before with their conveyancers and how it went.

I used RMNJ I found them awful in terms of speed. I had to chase them every week to get them to do things for a simple buy with no issues with leases etc.
There will always be caveats to their speedy service, look at their T and C."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
