Sign or not to sign

Evening all, long time reader first time poster.

I went bankrupt December 2018 and the process has been pretty smooth so far but now I am dealing with my mortgage!

I sent the keys back to my mortgage company beginning of January as I have negative equity for approx 30k with a note asking for voluntary repossession and I received a call from them stating that they will not accept this letter and that they will send forms in the post.

I have received the form/letter and obviously worried I'm signing something I'll regret later, and some advice would be greatly appreciated

Voluntary surrender declaration form states the following

I/we voluntarily surrender possession of the above mentioned property to ***** mortgages And agree to the sale of the property

I/we agree that the proceeds of the sale will be applied to the account to pay off in whole or in part the balance outstanding

I/we agree that if the account is in arrears or arrears accrue and she forms are not returned in 14 days ****** Mortgages may proceed with appropriate action to take control of the proper

I/we agree that upon receipt of the completed declaration form you will arrange to take posession, if the property has a communal door access, I/we will supply ***** mortgages with the key/access code.

I/we confirm that any internal keys or alarm codes will be placed in an envelope addresses to ***** mortgages and left in the property.

I/we note that ******* mortgages are at liberty to remove any items of a personal or household nature remaining in the property after the date of my/our giving posession

Anyone with a similar situation or advice would be appreciated

Many thanks
