Minuscule Pension Pot After Student Jobs

While she was a student, my daughter worked for M&S during student holidays, then for around 6 months after graduation. She's now left M&S and started her career job but has a letter from M&S saying she has a pension pot of around £150.
As a pension, this is obviously worthless. What can she do with it? Can it be withdrawn as a cash lump sum? It's always possible that she might return to M&S as an accountant once she's qualified, but unlikely.
Thanks for your help

It all depends what type of pension it is whether she can have it in cash, the letter from M&S should give the options. Bear in mind she won't get anything like £150 back if she does. She could likely transfer it to her current pension.0
