Insurance for a UK Wedding when living abroad

Hi,
My fiance and I are both from the UK but are living and working in Hong Kong this year. We are planning our wedding back in the UK this winter and have been trying to get wedding insurance. However the insurers we have come across specify that you are a UK resident and are registered with a UK medical practitioner.
We do still bank in the UK so have proof of address etc but we do not have a UK doctor since we live abroad.
Can anyone recommend an insurance policy that will cover us even though we are not UK residents anymore?
