Lunch delivery business

  • Interesting, there's a marquee outside our office on a Friday that sells chips with toppings at £5 a punt, not for me but they always seem to be busy. They are simply frying frozen fries and putting cheese etc on top, nice mark up I'd imagine.

They're cooking for immediate consumption, and fried chips are fairly low risk. The OP is talking about making sandwiches for delivery, and sandwiches are classed as a high risk food.

£5 for chips and cheese! £2.60 for regular and £3.20 for large here!

Large vege pakora is only £4.50
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
