This is ridiculous that they have not fixed this. I have tried umpteen times on chrome, no joy. Tried in incognito window, no joy, tried keying my details (no autofill) no joy, tried internet explorer, no joy, tried Firefox, no joy and last but least tried edge and guess what...no joy. :mad:

I just rang them, emailing does not work, they reply asking for your myWaitrose number, wastes time, then they try the comp and it works. Then I reply saying it has not, then they say the IT department has fixed it. I try nope :doh:

I rang today, she input my details on this one and took 4 attempts, said to keep trying and I explained I have tried several more times and daily.
If more people ring in and tell them they need to rewrite the code for the captcha, the postcode and phone number (as it does not accept those either on some occasions)
The customer service team will get fed up with entering on your behalf and one time the IT team will try harder to fix.
0800 188 884 Option 1 they have not got an option for this so 1 is closest and make them fill in any you want, you can hear them sigh. It will work to escalate the issue if more people let them know.

Appears to be unrelated to anything the user does - on a previous one I tried all the above combinations with Chrome and Edge plus refreshing to get all number/letter combinations, entering the code before/after the form, Caps/nocaps etc and nothing worked - then had another go and it went through first time.

This one went through now on the second go, by chance I didn't use the number keypad on that go but I have done that before and it hasn't worked so I really do think it is like a "winning moments" competition with the "prize" being getting the entry to go through

Tried 10 times without any luck and then signed in and it accepted the first try. My sister signed in first and entered without any problem.
