need help regarding csa income support ...

My partner and i have seperated he been seeing someone behind my back.. urgh

anyway since our baby was born 11 mnths ago he been paying me £20 a week (we have long distance relationship)

upon looking at the csa website according to that on his wages he should be paying me £204 a mnth.. all he pays is mortgage, normal utility bills and a debt to his mum (he takes loans of his mum) he sold his car so he gets a company car and mobile phone, he lives alone in his 3 bed house, he smokes weed and drinks alcohol every day..

what shall i be asking him for?

i would love to go through the csa but i am not working yet till jan/feb so i get income support aswell as disability allowance, i know i shouldnt be having any extra money they wont allow that.. so if i did go csa i wouldnt get it income support would have the money he paid.. so if we do this mutually how much shall i ask him for? or shall i just sod it and get my solicitor to contact him as i dont particuly want to speak to him..

i found out friday 2nd nov he went gran caneria saturday 3rd he home lastnight and i havent heared of him since i rang him friday night he 2nd, about the emails i read between him and her which he denied anything going on.. she told me otherwise when i emailed her..

not letting him get away with it...

any advice much appreciated. thankyou

p.s.. i am in debt all my money goes to pay my debt, so with his money i can spoil my kids.. we only have 1 together my eldest is by someone else.. who we have nothing off..

  • I think you'll find more help with this matter if you put your question in the child support link which you'll find in the "BENEFITS, TAX CREDITS & JOB SEEKING" board. There are some good people there, some of whom work for the CSA.
