Hi guys, first time poster here!
I’m looking to add my partner to my mortgage and was wondering if anyone knows if I will be required to go through a credit check or if it would just be the new joint party?

Thanks for the reply! I feared this may be the case and my circumstances have changed a lot since my original mortgage was taken out 10 years ago (my salary had reduced and my debts have increased)0
