Is it possible to get a 1 year fixed mortgage?

I'm in a bit of a pickle at the moment. We took out a 3 year fixed mortgage with Halifax which has come to it's end. We didn't bother remortgaging with another lender because we were trying to sell... which Brexit has made very hard.
So we're now stuck in the position of wanting to move in about a year (because my long term partner is pregnant... ), but we do not want to continue paying our current lender (Halifax) standard rate... which is in the region of £380 MORE than the cheapest deal available. The only deals I have been able to find are 2 year fixed deals, though... does anyone know of any lenders that offer 1 year deals, or if there is another potential solution?
Thanks a lot,

Remortgage to a lender with a penalty-free tracker product.
Then you can move, port the tracker and remain with that lender, or choose a new lender without any charges to pay.I am a mortgage broker.
