Regular, experienced, members who help out on this forum don't do that, they provide someone with information relevant to the details given, if those themselves are insufficient then only vague answers can be given.
Your post is good as you're informative enough to allow the right answers to be given
They're also pretty quick to jump on those who do decide that judgement and rudeness are a good way forward...:D
Cheesypuff why not pop together a new SOA anyway - a full, honest, accurate one, and post it in here - we can go through it with you if that would help and see if we can pick out anywhere that you may be able to make savings that you've missed?
