Undervalued - I didn't know that! I wish I had known it earlier. Royally messed up on this one.

Les79 - You are wrong. What I have said is all true. I remembered the CV and wanted it included for the H&S training I've had. Which is all true and the same as the original CV. I found an old paper copy in some stored paperwork at my relatives over Christmas and scanned a copy to the respondents.

Also lets not forget the respondent here. They were repeatedly asked if they had any further documents to which they replied no. I asked two months ago in writing, specifically for further personnel documentation. They responded no further documents. This is included in the bundle.

They are lawyers and they are effectively lying to the court by not disclosing documentation they know to be in their posession. Why do you think it wasn't disclosed in the first place.

Ok :) Well, I wish you all the best with this.

If you want further advice you may need to bite the bullet and pay for a solicitor, as it is a very complex issue and outside the remit of most people who frequent a free forum.

Maybe they found it over Christmas as well?

Or maybe you were "effectively lying to the court by not disclosing documentation they know to be in their possession"? (I mention this as it is fairly unusual for you not to have access to your old CVs on your own computer...)

Welcome to "third party" village, population me and the people who will be reviewing your case :)

Les79 - It’s not about biting the bullet or being too tight to pay for professional advice I don’t have a choice. I don’t have any money.

I lost a well paid job because of one bully and haven’t worked since. There are obviously other factors but the loss of the job was the catalyst.

Yes, I lied on a CV which I’d imagine most people have done. But every thing I have said about this case is true. The respondent has told lie upon lie because if they told the truth they would have no defence because they were in the wrong.

I understand your scepticism but knowing that hopefully you can understand my frustration. Thank you for your help and well wishes.

Cross post edit : As I said I didn't have it due to a corrupted hard drive. Hence getting an old paper copy from some stored files and scanning a copy. Not sending a pdf/word file.
  • If what you have said is broadly true, I wouldn't worry too much. I have different CVs too, which stress different skills depending on what I'm applying for. Mine do have identical (or similar - it's possible some of the dates aren't exactly the same but this - honestly - will be due to disorganisation/computers dying rather than anything else) employment histories, but the responsibilities I covered in jobs will be very different depending on what the prospective employer wants.
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

    Well...

No win no fee is always an option if you have a strong case.

If they don't want to pick you up then sadly it is either paying for one or dealing with it yourself. It does suck if you don't have enough money to access a solicitor who wants fees, but sadly that's life.

I hope someone provides some further advice here, but bear in mind that if they do it will be in lieu of a fee which they are entitled to charge you...

Ok, well that's between you and the tribunal.

Lying in any form weakens your case. It means that your toolkit includes lying. You have scope to lie.

My "sneaky feeling" is, I feel, the worst case scenario in that you ARE committing fraud here. I gave you a huge benefit of the doubt RE: Undervalued's comment, though I appreciate their position too..

Ultimately, what anyone on here thinks doesn't matter one bit. "Truth will out"
