Mortgage Query

Hi all! If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate some advice on mortgages and how best to proceed.
My sister and I have a shared ownership flat and our mortgage has been with Barclays for 6.5 years.
We now want to sell that flat and I want to buy a house with my husband. He is a first time buyer. Wondered if we are able to both purchase a house and benefit from his first time buyer status? Any recommendations welcome!
Thanks!

Some lenders may grant an FTB product in such circumstances.
He can use the HTB ISA, you can't.
The standard SDLT will be payable. No FTB exemption.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
