Cannot find any specific info on the above so am I correct that when you sell EIS shares at a profit against which you can claim full capital gains disposal relief (given have held for over 3 years), then to do this in the self assessment form under the unlisted shares part of the CG section you:

- complete the disposal proceeds and allowable costs boxes in the normal way
- in the Gains in the year before losses box you enter a figure having deducted the gains that are not taxable under disposal relief
- you select Yes for If you are making any claims and elections box and then select OTH as there is no specific claim code for Disposal relief?

I can’t see any other way the correct amount of CGT due would be calculated (without making some manual adjustment in the adjustments box later on).

Thanks
