Hello,
I'd like to ask if it's worth to overpay 10% mortgage or you are better off with investing in a active/passive fund? I read so many arguments against both those options.

As you have read so many arguments, do you really want more points of view, or do you have specific questions that are prompted by your research? The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

Why not do both? If unsure, you could always overpay 5% and invest the other 5%. So your mortgage balance goes down while your investments climb. Win win.Mortgage start date Dec 2015 - $64,655.00
Mortgage end date Dec 2045 - NOT!!!!
Mortgage balance - $4600.00
Business Savings $43,310/100k
Hope to be mortgage-free by end of 20230
